We own our mobile home and it is an older model which is not allowed in mh parks . We live in fear of a notice to evict as the property is going on the market soon.
We are not alone. Rents are so terribly high, seniors like ourselves can’t possibly afford.
Maybe if landlords of MH parks had to pay alot more that they do now as compensation for notice to move, they would think twice about creating homelessness…because without our mobilehomes, that’s just where we would be…homeless. Please fight for us and for what is right. Thankyou, D. Petrie
