we worked of and on at a site a home we installed plants topsoil irrigation system tas per our agreement that we would build a greenhouse and we did not expect to have to remove 3 containers of house hold garbage we also bought all the materials and paint roofing windows the list goes on on our agreement with the owner if she were to die we could claim no more than 150000 well no one was willing to pat insteed the son had his friends come and take and dige up all the shrubs and piping so i put a lein on the land now thy have it sold what shoul i do next
